How long until I get a reply?

Usually within 24 hours, often sooner during Cairo working hours. English and Arabic are both welcome.

What should I include for a bug report?

Tell us what you expected, what happened instead, and the model or feature you were using. A screenshot helps a lot.

Can I request a new model?

Yes. Send the model name, docs link, and a couple of example prompts you want supported.
