A short description of what you expected, what happened instead, and the model you were targeting. A screenshot via the attachment field helps us reproduce most issues in one pass. If the prompt pipeline errored, the slot is auto-refunded — but we still want the report so we can fix it.
Yes. Send us the model name, a link to its official docs or prompt guide, and one or two example prompts you'd normally write for it. Adding a new model typically takes 1–2 shipping cycles if it has a stable public interface.
Verification is usually complete within minutes but can take up to 24 hours. If it's been longer than that, reply to the payment confirmation email or write to contact@droprompt.com with the InstaPay transaction ID and we'll resolve it the same day.
