How long until I get a reply?
We usually reply within 24 hours, often much sooner during Cairo working hours. English and Arabic are both fine.
What should I include for a bug report?
Tell us what you expected, what happened instead, and the model or feature you were using. A screenshot helps a lot.
Can I request a new model?
Yes. Send the model name, official docs, and one or two examples of prompts you want droPrompt to support.
I paid via InstaPay but I’m not upgraded yet.
Send the InstaPay transaction ID or receipt screenshot. We’ll verify it and activate the plan after review.
Do you offer API access or partnerships?
Yes. Business-tier customers can request API access, integrations, partnerships, or custom workflows.
