Is Prompt Series only on Pro?

Yes. Batches of 2–10 prompt variations (different angles, moods, styles) are a Pro-only feature. Free plans generate one prompt at a time.

How do I pay with InstaPay?

Send the plan amount via InstaPay to droprompt@instapay, then upload the payment screenshot on the upgrade page. Your account activates within a few minutes after manual verification.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Is dro Agent included in my plan?

The dro Agent assistant is available on Max. Chat prompt builders on Lite and Pro are separate tools. Fast and Balanced messages cost 5 credits; Deep costs 15. Images, audio, video, PDFs and Office files add 5 credits each, capped at four additions per message. Text and code files add no extra charge. The composer shows the total before you send.

What counts as a "prompt" against my daily quota?

Credits are charged by feature: chat/refine 10, image/video 20+, UI/UX 60, Skill Builder 80. Failed runs don't count — we automatically refund the credits.

What do I get on the Free plan?

Free resets daily: 1 text prompt and 1 AI workflow. Image, video, and advanced builder usage starts on Lite or Pro.

How long does InstaPay verification take?

Most verifications complete in minutes during working hours. If the screenshot is clear and the amount exact, Pro activates automatically after review.

Can I switch plans or cancel any time?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your dashboard at any time. Changes apply at the next billing cycle.

Do unused prompts roll over?

No — daily quotas reset every day at midnight Cairo time (UTC+3).
