Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using droPrompt in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and droPrompt.

If you are using droPrompt on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, in which case "you" refers to that organisation.

droPrompt is an AI-powered prompt generation platform that transforms rough ideas, text descriptions, and images into optimised prompts for use with various AI tools and models. The service includes:

• Text-to-prompt generation with multi-pass AI refinement
• Image-to-prompt analysis and generation
• Support for 19+ AI models including ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL-E, Runway, Claude, and others
• Arabic and English language support
• Subscription-based access tiers with varying usage limits

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

To access certain features of droPrompt, you must create an account. By registering, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have provided a valid, active email address
• The information you provide during registration is accurate and up to date
• You will maintain the security of your account credentials
• You will notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. droPrompt is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

droPrompt offers multiple subscription tiers. All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are processed securely via our payment provider. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise droPrompt to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until that date.
• Price changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
• Taxes: Prices shown do not include any applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your subscription.

You agree to use droPrompt only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Submit content that infringes any intellectual property rights of third parties
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, its infrastructure, or other users' accounts
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform in an automated manner without our written permission
• Use the service to train competing AI models or products
• Circumvent rate limits, usage caps, or access controls
• Distribute, resell, or sublicence the service without authorisation
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any other malicious code

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

Your content: You retain ownership of the ideas, text, and images you input into droPrompt ("Input"), and the prompts generated as output ("Output"). You grant droPrompt a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your Input solely to provide the service.

droPrompt platform: All software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, trade names, logos, and other content comprising the droPrompt platform are the exclusive property of droPrompt and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

Feedback: If you submit suggestions or feedback about the service, you grant droPrompt an irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use that feedback in any way we see fit.

Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains in full how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data in accordance with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020. By using droPrompt, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

droPrompt is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content generated by the service. AI-generated prompts are provided for informational purposes and may require human review before use in critical applications.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, droPrompt and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the service.

In no event shall droPrompt's total cumulative liability to you exceed the amount you paid to droPrompt in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability; in such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes informally by contacting droPrompt at the address below.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or via an in-app notice.

Your continued use of droPrompt after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the service and cancel your subscription if applicable.
